How to request a refund

• Email flight@startmydiet.org within 30 days of your first charge.
• Include the email address used at purchase and a brief description of the issue.
• We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Renewals are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current period ends via your account page or the cancellation form.
